About the Project

There are many ways to add dual use to your home. This particular homeowner wanted to move their car off the street and also have a place where they could entertain their friends at a backyard BBQ. This carport/patio met all their requirements. We used a random rock stamp to add texture and more visual appeal to the concrete with a charcoal release. Texturing concrete adds more interest to your projects, and there are many options to choose from. Please see our products page for more examples. The final application is sealing the concrete with a high-gloss sealer, which makes the texturing and release really pop.
