This homeowner wanted us to construct a car port/patio for their home. It is an example of textured skin stamped concrete that we commonly do. Adding stamp release effects to concrete adds another dimension to the overall look of your project. In the stamp release we added a charcoal stain to punch out the details of the texture, then sealed the entire patio with a high gloss protector.

This homeowner lives in wind swept Balzac, Alberta. They needed Tayo Construction to come up with ideas to offset the winds and allow them to have a useable patio/fire pit. Four foot Cement walls were constructed at angles to deflect passing winds. Exposed aggregate in hazelnut colour was selected to blend in with the surrounding colours and textures. Planter boxes were added to bring in touches of nature with flowers and greenery. Symmetrical inlays of stamped cement with dark releases divide and frame spaces to add more interest to the overall layout.
